Hi,Akiko.Im sorry to here about your problem.The only thing i can suggest is you use absorbent tissues to wipe the face,I have heard of this happening if they get too hot the silicone inside the head can cause this,If you are not happy doing that you can send her head back to me and i can see if i can fix it.it looks like some of the base paint has risen to the surface -- you might try dabbing it very gently with rubbing alcohol -- I am sorry this has happened -- if you have some odorless paint thinner that might work too. Please let me know how you make out -
こんにちは、アキコさん。 あなたの問題をお聞きし申し訳なく思っています。私がただ一つお勧めできることは、吸収力のあるティシュで顔を拭くことです。非常に暑い時にヘッドの中のシリコンが原因で起きることがあると聞いたことがあります。それをやりたくないのであれば、ヘッドを私に送り返してください。直せるかどうか見てみます。ベースペイントが表面に出たようです。消毒用アルコールで優しく、軽くたたいてみてもいいですーこれが起きた事、大変申し訳ありませんーもし無臭の塗料用シンナーをお持ちならそでもいいです。うまくいくかどうかお知らせください。
