実は、昨日、日本の高速道路で発生した大規模事故の影響で商品の到着が遅れております。私が宅配会社に「荷物の到着予定が遅れている！お客様をお待たせしている！」と確認したところ、担当者より通行止めで遅れると連絡がありました。
しかし、その状況も間もなく解消される見込みです。
商品が到着次第、商品のチェックを行い完璧な梱包でお客様へスピーディに発送いたします。発送が完了しましたらメールでお知らせします。

In fact, I haven't received the items yet since there was a great accident on a Japanese highway.
I told the courier company that my customers are waiting for the delayed items. According to the staff, the items were late because the roads were blocked. However, things will be back to normal soon.
