Ctが変化に後ろ向きな時、私は半ば※あきらめに入る事があった。私が大事だと思う事は、Hをホールドして大事だと伝える様になった。(※特にクラスメイトが彼らのPに向き合わない時に、Pに向き合わない自分の親を転移して私は怒りを感じていた。Pをする親であれば私のニーズを叶えてくれたであろうという期待が強かった。

When Ct is negative to change, I sometimes half ※give up. I become to tell important things I think it is important by holding H. (※especially when classmate don't face to P, I felt anger transfering my parents who don't face to P. I had strong expectation that if my parents face to P then they could make my needs to come true.
