前回、問い合わせした時に、2･3月の配達で500個以上入荷するから、すぐに私に送ってくれるという約束でもう少し待つといいましたが、４月に入っても、いまだに商品をうけとっていません。全額返金していただけませんか？

When I asked last time, I was told that you would receive more than 500 pieces in February/March shipment and promised that you would ship them to me immediately, so I replied that I would wait a little longer.
