Thank you for your email. You can create this ship request from the Inbox of your account. Simply select the package and hit "Send My Packages". On the following page, you can select the option to input a new address. When selecting the shipping carrier, we suggest FedEx Ground as it is the most cost effective carrier. You may also put the RMA number in the retuturn address. If you wish to have this written on the outside of the box, you can include this as a special handling instruction by selecting this option at the time that you create a ship request.

今回の出荷リクエストは貴方のアカウントのインボックスから作成することができます。単に商品を選んで、「荷物を送る」ボタンを押すだけです。次のページでは、オプションで新しい住所を登録することもできます。運送業者を選ぶ際には、FedEx（フェデックス）をお薦めします。一番お得な業者です。
返品先住所には返品承認番号を付けることもできます。梱包の外側に番号を記載したければ、出荷リクエストをするときに荷物取扱の特別指示事項のオプションを選んでその旨を付け加えてください。
