NIFは、3月21日、JAPANTEX2013の出展案内説明会を開き、出展者募集を開始した。
JAPANTEXは、昨年から住宅向け建材、設備を集めた専門展示会Building Showと合同開催し来場促進を図っている。
その成果として、3万3372人の来場者があった。
来場者属性には、建材・住宅設備・インテリア関連のメーカーや内装工事業者、表装・畳店、リフォーム業者など単独開催時から強みとなっている業種に加え、合同開催効果として、工務店、ゼネコン・建設会社などの来場もあった。

NIF held a recruiting session for JAPANTEX 2013 on 21st of March.
Since last year, JAPANTEX has been opened simultaneously with Building Show featuring housing facilities and supplies in order for promotion.
As the result, 33,372 guests visited the fair last year; some of them including housing suppliers, facility / interior / Tatami makers and reform service providers had been constant visitors, while the others like building/general contractors and construction companies newly started to join the fair.

JAPANTEX実行委員会委員長の西田武司氏は、「本年度は、復興需要と消費税率引き上げによる駆け込み需要がありますが、今後の商戦はリノベーション・リフォームになるでしょう」と業界動向を紹介。
今回のテーマ「SHIAWASE＋インテリア～暮らし・素敵にリノベーション～」を説明した。
出展申込締切は6月15日まで。4月20日まで1小間あたり1万5000円割引。

"This year, last minute demand is expected by the demand for restoration (from the earthquake) and the rise of consumption tax. However, the real competition will begin over the renovation and reform market." mentioned Nishida Takeshi (西田武司), the executive committee chairperson of JAPANTEX introducing the recent trends of the industry.
The due day of application is 15th of June. Until 20th of April, a discount of ￥15,000 is provided per booth.
