はそこで高度な教育を受ける事が出来るから。国立大学なので高度な研究設備がある。そこで4年間工学について学びたいと考えている。

しかし海外の大学に入るには英語力が必要。なのでもっと勉強しないといけない。

And thus I'm able to receive a high-level education. It's a national university, so they have advanced research facilities. I think I want to study engineering for 4 years there.
Also, I will be able to get education beyond Japan.
I'll be able to develop greatly if I interact with people from various countries.
However, good English skills are needed to enter a university overseas. I'll have to study more.
I want to challenge myself and achieve that goal. Even now, though I'm a high schooler, I form contracts with clients and optimize search engines. It's a skill used to adapt webpages to Google and others.
