先日貴社に確認した所、私の荷物はすでに返品出荷されており、
荷物は貴社には無いとのご返答でした。
しかし荷物が残っているので、保管料が発生するとゆう連絡が
何度もきています。
どちらが正しいのでしょうか？
荷物がない場合は、早めの削除をお願いします。
When I contacted your company few days ago, I was told that my package was shipped out for return and it was not at your company.
However, I have been receiving repeated notices telling me that the package is at your company and I need to pay the storage fee.
What is going on exactly?
If the package is not there, please stop this notice.
