商品購入前に、日本へ送っていただけるかお聞きしたところ、「喜んでお送りします」とお返事をいただきました。
3/8に合計額をお送りいただきたく、リクエストを送りましたがお返事をいただいていません。
私はインボイスを送っていただきたいのでebayカスタマーサポートへ相談しました。
彼らは、リクエストをもう一度送るべきであると言いました。

When I asked you if you could ship it to Japan before I purchased the product, you replied to me that you "will ship it with pleasure".
I,however, haven't got replied to my request that I sent you to ask the total price on March 8th.
I have consulted to the customer support on ebay because I want you to send me an invoice.
They advised me to send you a request once more.
