そのため、日本では株式会社の設立に公証人による定款の認証が必要ですが、合同会社の設立には必要ありません。設立の証明として先日添付した商業登記簿があります。
そしてこの会社のBeneficial Ownerは私だけです。私の住所は添付したファイルを確認してください。

Our company is a joint company.
Therefore, in order to establish a corporation in Japan, article of association must be certified by notary, but these procedure is not necessary to establish a joint company. There is a commercial registry which I attached the other day, to prove the establishment.
