予算は○ドルほどしかなく、大変少ない状況なのです。私たちもカメラは持ってくるのですが、望遠カメラでの撮影はあまり自信がない状況です。フォトグラファーの稼動はイベント時の1時間程度で十分です。イベント時以外の写真はこちら側のカメラで撮影します。もし難しそうでしたら遠慮なく言ってください。その場合は、なんとかこちら側で最大限上手く撮影できるよう練習します。カメラの撮影位置は当日打合せする形で大丈夫でしょうか？前回と同じカメラマンが同行するので、打合せ時にポジションを相談したいです
Our budget is about $○○ and it is a really small amount of money. We will also bring out cameras, but we are not good at taking photos with telescopic cameras. We will need photographers for only 1 hour during the event. We will take photos by ourselves after and before the event. Please feel free to tell me if it is difficult. In that case, we will practice to take good photos by ourselves. Is is okay that we talk about from where you take photos on the day of the event ? The same photographer as the last time will come with us, so we would like to talk about the camera position when we have a meeting.
