1) Their first production shipment of the new speakers is arriving at the end of February.
2) They currently have a partner in Japan who is selling their products. This partner does not know about the new products yet, and will not have exclusive rights to Japan once they are informed of the new products. This means that you may be able to have product on hand before they do.
3) They have promised pricing by the end of this week, but I expect it early next week.
I propose the following for pricing:
1) My commission for finding and handling will be 10% over the price ○○ or ○○ charges me.
3) If you pay by Paypal, I need to add 6% for their fees.
4) If you pay by wire transfer, there are no additional fees.

価格に関しては、以下を提案したいと思います。
１）この新製品のリサーチなどの手数料として○○か○○の価格に１０％上乗せします。

Payment Terms: Payment ot be made in two steps:
1) Payment for goods due with order
2) Payment for shipping once final shipping costs (from Houston to Sacramento, and from Sacramento to Japan) are determined.
3) Shipping price: Actual shipping costs plus 6%. Shipment will be insured.
Note: Memory cards are available, but I assume pricing is lower in Japan.
