I spent fourteen years in the healthcare sector in financial, technical, and training roles where I became known as a talented instructor who used a strengths-based approach and adapted to others’ learning style. Throughout these various positions, my multicultural background, my fluency in Spanish and English, proved to be valuable assets, as I was often called upon to write, translate and edit various documents, manuals, and client correspondence. I have since made the leap to freelance writing and translation and I am currently based out of La Paz, Bolivia. As a certified interpreter (English/Spanish) with a strong academic background in the Liberal Arts, I believe a foundation in the humanities has helped me develop a meaningful and energetic conversation with the world around us.
