As for the 6.7% paypal surcharge, please kindly be explained these are paypal charge (4%) and the differences in exchange rates (2.7%), these are the unnecessary costs for both of us, so I would like to suggest that you could arrange payment by bank transfer, thus, you don’t need to pay the heavy surcharge.
