However, I regret to inform to inform you that out of the 4 mugs I received, one was broken.

When you ship internationally, you really should pack your items more carefully.
I feel the packaging was very inadequate.
I work for a trading company in Japan, so even 1 mug arriving broken leaves me at a loss for profit.
