品番読取りトレーニング

一見良く似た数字や順列の見間違い。

見間違いやすい数字や記号の対策は、どうすればいいか。

品番確認の誤りを減らすには継続してトレーニングをするしかない。
それゆえ品番確認トレーニングを行い、それぞれの結果を踏まえ指導を受け、弱点を克服していく必要ある。
生産、検査、生産管理等品番確認にたずさわる全員がより「正確な仕事」をしていくため、計画的にトレーニングを行い、品質意識の高揚を図る事が重要です。速さより正確さ！

品番を見易くするために文字の大きさを３倍にする！

Misjudgment of similar numbers or sequences at first glance.
How to resolve misjudgment problems of seemingly similar numbers and signs?
Continuous training is the only way to reduce misreading of product numbers.
Therefore, it is necessary to hold trainings and overcome weaknesses through instructions based on respective results.
In order to make sure that everyone involved in production, inspection, production management, etc. is doing their job in the right way, it is necessary to held planned trainings and uplift the awareness of product quality. Rightness is more important than speed.
In order to see the numbers and signs easily, it is feasible to increase the font size three times as large.

見間違いやすい文字を使った手順書であれば、当然、見間違いによるヒューマンエラーが発生します。
例えば「l」と「1」です。
前者はアルファベットの「l（エル）」であり、後者は数字の「1（いち）」です。
パッと見れば、非常にそっくりな文字に見えますね。
人間にとってはそっくりな文字であっても、コンピュータにとってはまったく別の文字として認識し、処理をします。
特に「O（オー）」と「0（ゼロ）」を見分けるのは、至難のワザです。見間違いよりも、完全にどちらかわかりませんね。

In the instructions that use hard-to-differentiate characters, human error caused by misjudgment happens.
For example: 'l' and '1'.
The former one is the alphabet l and the latter is the number 1.
At first glance, they look exactly the same character.
Characters that look the same to humans is recognized and processed differently for computers.
Specifically to distinguish O (object) and 0 (zero) is a very hard skill. Due to misjudgment, it is completely impossible to know which one it is.

日本ホビー協会は、「第39回2015日本ホビーショー」の概要を発表。４月23日から25日の３日間、東京ビッグサイトで開催する。

今年は、「毎日が記念日　大切な人に“Thank you”をつくろう」をテーマに、“手づくりの楽しさ”を伝える。

スペシャル企画「Avenue39」では、クリエイターと企業がコラボしたブースが立ち並び、今回初の試みとしてトップクリエイターの作品に囲まれたブース内で直接手ほどきを受けられるWORKSHOP39を開催する。

Japan Hobby Association published the core information about「The 39th 2015 Japan Hobby Show」. It will be held in Tokyo Big Site for 3 days from April. 23rd to 25th.
This year, the theme of the event is 「Everyday is a memorial day, create "Thank You" to your most important person」and is aimed at expressing the joy of hand making.
At the special event 「Avenue39」, there are many booths that are co-created by creator and companies. As a first try, in the booth filled with works from top creators, you can directly receive trainings at WORKSHOP39.

2015年2月17日に「国際観光コンベンションフォーラム2015 in 金沢」が開幕した。“金沢からの提言　インバウンド2000万人を目指して　日本MICE-その課題と展望”をテーマに18日まで、石川県政記念しいのき迎賓館で実施される。

主催者と地元歓迎挨拶につづき、ドラゴンルート推進協議会会長の多田邦彦氏が特別講演を行なった。多田氏は、愛知セントレア空港から能登半島を結ぶ日本中央部を縦断するルートを、その形から登り龍に見立てて、2010年に「ドラゴンルート推進協議会」を設立。

Following the host and local welcome ceremony, President of Dragon Route Promotion Council Tada-san gave his special speech. Mr. Tada established Dragon Route Promotion Council in 2010 to shape the route that traverses central Japan and connects Aichi Centrair Airport with Nonobori Peninsula as a rising dragon.

沖縄県と沖縄観光コンベンションビューローは1月28日、グランドプリンスホテル新高輪国際館パミールで、「沖縄リゾートEXPO in TOKYO～沖縄観光＆MICE大博覧会～」を実施した。

同EXPOは昨年まで沖縄観光＆MICEコンテンツフェアとして実施されていたもの。

今年は沖縄の観光やMICEに関わる事業者81社・団体が出展し、新たな観光商品や施設情報、MICEコンテンツなどをPRした。

On January, 28th, Okinawa County and Okinawa Convention Bureau jointly held 「Okinawa Resort Expo in Tokyo ～Okinawa Tourism & MICE Grand Expo」at the New Takanawa International Hall of Grand Prince Hotel.
The same expo has been held as Okinawa Tourism & MICE Content Fair last year.

2020年に向けて、東京の魅力やポテンシャル、課題を捉え直し、 東京のグローバル・プレゼンスを高めていくための戦略について話し合うという内容。モデレーターは森記念財団が発表する「世界の都市総合力ランキング」でお馴染みの市川宏雄氏がつとめる。
