We can’t offer an exchange on returned items but you can send something back for a full refund and then place a new order for the size, colour or item you’d prefer.

As an International customer, you can return your parcel using any postal service. Please note - you'll need to cover the postage costs yourself.

The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us - remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you’ll have proof you’ve sent it.

I purchased the 95 Gibson from you on ebay (5250) I was gonna ask you privately if you were ok with declaring a lower value for me for the duties. I didn't want to ask you on ebay because I know they can read the messages.
If not that is ok but I am trying to save some money because I have very little right now. Maybe a value of 1500 for just a used gibson les paul would be ok, what do you think?




Dragonfly Bass was picked up by EMS yesterday morning. In typical Japanese fashion, the EMS courier helped me tape the carton..
I'll probably receive it Thursday or Friday.

I'll get to the W n T Chronos 4 shortly after I get home and can make the arranggements.

c. Return to Cecilio any and all marketing collaterals and sales literature, including but not limited to, brochures, catalogs, price lists,
