Original Text

Translation

For not to be dried, it is better to avoid the direct sunshine and heat.

To prevent scratches,
Washing with scourer and fine salt, or rubbing with cleanser kills bacteria. Rubbing baking soda into a cutting board and washing it works well, too.

To prevent bends and stains,
Leaning cutting boards against something with making sure their wood grains are vertically from the ground prevents bends. When you use only one side, you should use both of the side with water, then dry the item.

To make bends straight
Thin cutting boards can get to be straight again, if you water them and lean them against something in shade. If it bends badly, please rub the concave side with wet towels and place the convex side against the sun light.
