Outstanding Unique 10 Piece Meissen Set
There is beautiful flowers with very elegant designs. I believe this has a different pattern from the usual meissen which makes it very unique. On the back of each plate there is a Meissen Mark, which indicates it is Meissen. There are 3 saucers 3 cups 3 small saucers and one large plate. The size of the cup is 1 7/8th inches tall, saucers 5 6/8th inches wide, small saucers are 4 2/8th inches wide, and the large plate is 7 5/8th inches wide. On one of the cups,There is a chip on the handle. The condition of the set is very good. There are chips that are minor chips except that one on the cup. And the gold is a little worn which is very common to old Meissen pieces.

My wife Michelle and I started Atomik in 2002 to follow our passion for crafting quality climbing holds and to create jobs in our local community. 1. Instead of developing new apps with unique ideas, they should take successful apps and platforms and localize them in Japan. Rocket Internet has been doing this successfully. Why Japan shouldn’t have a Rocket Internet?

2.They should learn how to make decisions fast and act fast. (E.g. one person would be in charge of making emergency decisions and when issues are labeled as “emergency” or “semi-emergency” that person makes all those decisions by himself/herself)

3.Japanese can successfully work in large groups while this might be tough for Westerners (as we are more ego oriented). Japanese startups should try to merge and collaborate.

5. They should learn that selling something is more important/difficult than making something. Before writing a code or developing an app they should do market research and see if their friends, parents, relatives would be interested in that product.

They should also forecast the demand in this simple way: go to the Iphone app. market and see how many similar apps there are. Then count how many reviews they have gotten. That means in the best case scenario you will not get enough revenues to pay for your rent.

Generally, my clients who have items ship to Japan seems to pay between 20% and 30%of the invoice value in shipping costs, depending on the dimensional weight of the items. But that is not an estimate or a guarantee...it is only what I have seen myself.
