もの作りが大好きな子供たちと週末に遊びに行きました。場所は世田谷区の学校の中で内装をとてもおしゃれにリノベーションした建物で今回体験した「スノードーム美術館」以外にいろいろな施設があってびっくりしました。今回子供たちがとても楽しめたので今度他の施設もぜひ利用してみたいと思いました。スノードームはわりと簡単に作れて小学校2年生の末子でも自分のオリジナルデザインのスノードームが作れて大満足です！週末子供とどこに出かけようか迷うパパには完ぺきなチョイスで間違えありませんね。7

I went there with children who love to make things on weekends. The place was inside of a school in Setagayaku. It was a building renovated the interior fashionable. We were surprised to see many facilities except "Snow dome art museum" , which we experienced this time. I thought we would certainly like to try the other facilities as the children could enjoy this time. We were very satisfied to be able to make an original designed snow dome quite easily for even the youngest child of in the second grade in primary school. It is a perfect place to choose for the father of my children who wonders where to go on weekends.

３．法廷開示書面
小振法は、小売業、飲食業のフランチャイズ本部に対して法廷開示書面の準備と交付を義
務付けています。また、フランチャイズ・ガイドラインはサービス業のフランチャイズも
含む全ての本部に情報開示を求めています。小振法が事前開示を義務付ける事項は以下の6項目です。（法11 条1 項）。

3. Regal disclosure in writing

The mattes of the small size method obliges are the following six items. (paragraph 1, Article 11 of the Act.)

そこで、色々と調べて周ったところ、山梨県のオリエンタル産業株式会社さんが現在では国内で最後の鉛筆用芯を外販しているメーカーで、特に色芯では高い品質を誇るとのことです。

さっそく連絡を取ってサンプル提供のお願いをしたところ、ご快諾頂き、きれいな色芯のサンプルが届きました。

日本の伝統色

I hear that the domestic manufactures specializing in pencil for the cores have been drastically reduced by being pushed by emerging countries that are out weighing the cost competitiveness.

There, I searched various things, and heard that Oriental Industry Co., Ltd in Yamanashi is the current last domestic manufacturer that is external sales of cores for pencils and especially be proud of the high quality in color cores for pencils.

Immediately I contacted and asked for a sample, with a willingly underwriting reply, I received samples of beautiful colored leads.

I think I would like to insist on the products to be developed in TRINUS made of high quality made in Japan as much as possible.

Japanese traditional colors

成形テスト

花色鉛筆は、廃棄古紙が主原料の合成樹脂素材MAPKAを加熱して溶かし、金型に押込むことで成形する予定ですが、実は今回の成形方法はこれまでMAPKAの成形方法と異なる方法のため、試行錯誤が続いております。

製品化プロジェクトの開始からこれまで、素材メーカーである環境経営総合研究所様と成形メーカー様にご尽力いただき、これまで成形テストと材料の改良を何度も何度も繰り返してまいりました。先が見えない状況が続いておりましたが、最新の成形テストではかなりの改善が見られ、光が見えてまいりました。

There are various difficulties in achieving innovative manufacturing.
We will continue challenging, though problems are piled up but we will manage to break through them, and we would like to surprise the world by originating the product that is neither exists anywhere in the world, nor being able to be imitated from Japan.

押出成形に成功しました

3月に製品化に着手してからこれまで約10ヶ月もの間、廃棄古紙が主原料の新素材MAPKAの押出成形に取り組んでまいりましたが、ついに成功いたしました！

これでようやく第一関門の突破です。

しかし、開発のハードルはこれで終わりではありません。次なる課題はどのようにして穴の中に芯を挿入し、接着するかという点です。MAPKAの成分と色芯の成分は異なるため接着剤の選定が難しく、また効率的な加工方法を検討する必要があるのです。

そこで、内木さんは地元の大学教授に相談したところ、ウェーブ状にカットしたことによって、木の繊維が切断され、反りが防がれるのではないかとのこと。さらに、公設試験場に出向き、試験を行ったところ確かな効果が認められ、ついには特許を取得するまでに至りました。

内木さんは以下のように語ります。

次に、デザイン・コンセプトが素晴らしく、フォルムも大筋採用できるものの、製造の観点でブラッシュアップが必要である場合は、弊社が判断した寄与率を考慮してロイヤリティを付与します

フォルム面ではゼロベースで検討をする必要があるが、デザイン・コンセプトのみを採用させて頂く場合もあります。その場合のロイヤリティは低くなりますが、同じデザイン・コンセプトでフォルムが異なる製品が複数生まれた場合には、すべてに対してロイヤリティを得ることができます

ユーザーA様のデザイン・コンセプトをベースに、ユーザーB様のフォルムを採用させて頂くということもあり得ます。その場合、賞金やロイヤリティは按分させて頂くことになります。

Please clean the skin and then put the rf gel on the treatment area, then turn on the
machine , set the time and energy, pls set the energy from low to high to get the best comfortable

A: Use face radio frequency head for face for 25-30 min
B: Use eye radio frequency head for eye around for 15-20min
Work time: 2-3 times/ week

肌を奇麗にして、その後、治療領域の家にrfゲルをつけて、その後機械をオンにし、時間とエネルギーを設定、その上低いエネルギーから適度のエネルギーに上げていって下さい。

温度、
次の段階を踏んで下さい：
A:　顔の無線周波数ヘッドを顔に２５分から３０分使用して下さい。
B:　目の無線周波数ヘッドを目の周りに１５分から２０分使用して下さい。
作業時間：週２から３回
