お客様には大変お待たせしご迷惑をおかけし申し訳ありません。製造卸元に問い合わせたところ当初2日発送予定が手違いがあったことが判明し、商品の発送が12日になってしまうとのことです。日本から台湾へは2、3日程度で到着するかと思いますので、お客様の元へ届くのが最短で14日頃となってしまいます。本来この商品は現物在庫がありましたが、僅差で国内で売れてしまったため製造卸元へ取り寄せとなりました。日本国内でも在庫僅少のためこのような状況になってしまいました。重ねて深くお詫び申し上げます
I sincerely apologize for the delay and all inconveniences that have caused. After we inquired to the factory, we found out that there was a mistake on the shipping date ---- they should have shipped it on 2nd, but instead it was scheduled on 12th. It usually takes 2 or 3 days for arriving from Japan to Taiwan. Thus, the earliest possible arriving date will be 14th...We had the product in our inventory in Japan, but it was sold to another client by very few minutes difference. Therefore, we had to ask to send from the factory and sadly led to this to be happened... Please allow me to deeply apologize again all the inconvenience. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
