Original Text あなたからの返事が来ないので私はbank of americaへ問い合わせました。銀行が言うには送金したあなたの会社が銀行に調査依頼をしなければ何も答えられないそうです。セキュリティの都合で他人には教えられないと。なのであなたの会社から銀行へ調査を依頼して下さい。私は受取人のため何の情報も受け取れないそうです。日本の銀行でも同じことを言われました。最初に御社へ送金したのが去年の五月です。もう一年になります。社内で調査するのではなく、銀行に調査を依頼すればすぐ問題は解決します。	Translation As I have not recieved any reply, I have contacted the Bank of America. The bank says that they cannot answer me without your company's analysis request because of security reasons. Therefre, would you please send a request to the bank ? As I am just a recipient, I am not allowed to get any information. I was told the same thing by the bank in Japan I consulted as well. It has been a year since I transfered the money for the first time in May. This is very simple to be solved if you could ask the Bank.
