日本に送るべき商品が、アメリカに届いている状況です。アメリカから日本に転送してもらう予定です。
そのため費用が発生しますので、その分を負担して頂くか、商品のディスカウントをお願いできないでしょうか??

The goods that are to be shipped to Japan have arrived to America. I am planning to have them sent over to Japan.
Because of that there will be some extra costs, will you cover them or is it possible I get some discount instead?

財布の送料は80€でした。
私は日本のお客様に販売しています。
イタリアのセレクトショップの送料は、大体20€から50€程度です。
それゆえ、貴社からの送料もその程度と見積もっていました。
送料が高いと、日本のお客様に販売することは難しいです。
送料をもう少し安く、一律の料金設定にして頂けないでしょうか？

The shipping price for the wallet was 80€.
I am selling it to Japanese clients.
The shipping from the Italian select shop is around 20€ to 50€.
And because of that our company estimates such a budget for the shipping.
If the shipping price is too expensive then it’s more difficult for us to sell it to our Japanese clients.
Is there any way you can make the shipping a bit cheaper so we can agree on a middle ground for the price?

日本郵便に調べてもらったところ、7月14日配達完了となっておりました。
にもかかわらず届いていない場合は２つのケースが考えられます。
確率が低い方は、フランクフルトの税関から地方税関に転送になったケース。
この場合は、関税通知書が届くはずですが届いていないならば２つ目のケース。誤配送が考えられます。google mapで調べたら、お届けの通りは商業街でしょうか？パン屋や税理士事務所等、複数の店舗が密集しているようでした。そのどこかに誤って配送されている可能性があります。

When I checked with Japan post I was informed that the delivery was done as of the 14th of July.
However there are two cases that I can think of as to why the order hasn’t arrived.
The less possible one is that Frankfurt’s Customs sent it to Customs in another town.
In this case there should have arrived a Notice letter from Customs. In case it hasn’t arrived then I can think of case number 2.
That it was delivered to the wrong place.
When I checked in a google maps, it looks like a commercial area, is that right?
There were various Bakeries, tax accountant offices, etc, so it looked like there were many businesses close together. There is the possibility that the postal service got it wrong and accidentally delivered it to one of those instead.

workmateの方が販売目標をお持ちでしたら教えてください。その販売目標を超えますよ。

It is possible they have already bought it from the wholesaler’s website.
This wholesaler’s site has been number 1 for a long time now.

I think reason I’m getting so many messages is probably because I’m doing a lot of negotiations on my part too.
I went to Yodobashi Camera today, in this blazing hot weather.
Starting later next month, Yodobashi dot com will also stock the products. If the sales over there are good then they will probably decide on stocking them in their physical stores as well. Everything is going well.
Please tell me if your workmate has sales goals. We will surpass his expected sales.
