バイヤーにはご不便をおかけしたことのお詫びをし、ネガティブフィードバックを変更して頂けないでしょうか? 返信お待ちしておりますと誠意を示しメッセージを送りましたが、返信全くありません。知り合いのebay特別セラーの方に相談したら、この場合はセラーの責任範囲外なのでebay側で取り消してもらえる内容とのこと。相手から返信がない場合はフィードバック変更要請してもおそらく無視され無駄になるので、ebayに伝えて削除要請した方がよいとのアドバイスを受けましたので宜しくお願いします。

We apologized to the buyer for the inconvenience that We caused them, and with our sincerity, sent a message "Could you please change the negative feedback? We will be waiting for your reply." But there has been no reply at all. When we consulted our acquaintance who is an ebay special seller, he advised us that we can have it removed by ebay since it was something sellers are not responsible for. If there is no reply from the other party, a request for changes to the feedback is going to be ignored and to be a waste. So we should tell ebay and request them to remove it.

昨年作成したバイヤーズバッジを持っているのですが、
今回の展示会でもそれを使用することは可能でしょうか？
それとも、また新しく申請し直して、新しいバッジを作成する必要がありますでしょうか？

I have a Buyers badge that I created last year and is it possible to use it at this exhibition too ?
Or do I need to apply again and create a new badge?

Do you mean you would like to order fix quantity before the crowdfunding campaign? Based on what stock we have now?

For Breccia, not sure what volume you need? Currently we provide FOB price as below.

If you order 50 PCS of Breccia at a time, FOB price NTD 5094/ PCS
If you order 100 PCS of Breccia at a time, FOB price NTD 4669/ PCS
