私は貴方から買った商品を確定申告の際に経費として認めてもらうために、資料が必要です。それはペイパルの請求書を印刷したものでもかまいません。ですので、お手数ですが、今回支払いする商品名の記載されたペイパルの請求書を送ってもらえますか？それに支払いをします。よろしくお願いします。

過去の取引ID番号のA1とA2の領収書を、次回商品を貴方から頼んだ時に同梱して送って頂きたいですが、可能でしょうか？領収書は「商品名」「日付」「金額」が記載されてるものであれば問題ないです。

Translation

At this time further materials are necessary in order for having the expenses of products I've purchased from you be examined for my tax report. Something such as a printed Paypal invoice would be quite alright. So with that being said, and even though this may be rather troubling, would it be possible to send me a PayPal invoice based on my recent purchases with product descriptions? I'll be sure to pay for it, so I look forward to working through this.

I was hoping that the next time I purchased one of your products that you could also place my previous transaction receipt with ID numbers of A1 and A2 into the package. Would this be possible? It would be no problem as long as the product name, date and money sum are listed on the receipt.
