The Project Accountant is expected to engage in all project implementation activities with the following main tasks:
• Assist the project director and project coordinator in dealing with banks, preparing and monitoring the project budgets and related issues;
• Ensuring that the project expenditures on contract payments are made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the respective contract and are adequately certified by duly authorized officials in relation to works completed and/or goods or services provided;
• Ensuring that adequate internal control is maintained in terms of separation of responsibilities for processing and authorizing payments and in the management and accounting for project income;

Kế Toán dự án được dự kiến sẽ tham gia vào tất cả các hoạt động của dự án với các nhiệm vụ chính sau đây:
. Hỗ trợ giám đốc dự án và điều phối viên của dự án trong việc thương thảo với ngân hàng, chuẩn bị và giám sát ngân sách của dự án và các vấn đề có liên quan.
. Đảm bảo rằng các khoản chi phí dự án trên các khoản thanh toán hợp đồng được thực hiện theo các điều khoản và điều kiện của hợp đồng tương ứng và được chứng nhận đầy đủ từ quan chức được uỷ quyền liên quan đến công trình hoàn thành và / hoặc hàng hóa, dịch vụ được cung cấp;
