Ichinokura Brewery Co., Ltd. is producing only circa 1.6 million bottles(converted into 1.8litter bottle), outputted into the market, per annum. The company is focusing on traditional hand-made method of brewing. Mainly, 42 toji, sake making people, are taking center stage in brewing sake even now as same as in old time. That is because they believe they must limit the production to the range they can keep sake's quality drop by drop. Whoever acclaims this sake once tastes it.
