It is strongly recommended to wear a mask respirator for sanding and painting

The sanded surface must be perfectly smooth

Rinse the vehicle

Apply 2 to 3 coats of primer to the sanded areas

Keep the distance of 20 to 30 cm between gun and spraying area

Avoid painting on windy days, under hot sun or in wet weather

Clean the gun with thinner

Dismantle the gun and clean the filter and nozzle

Let the primer dry for 2 to 3 hours then sand the entire body with 350 grit sanding disc

Sanding will smooth the primer as well as the old paint

Rinse the vehicle and degrease the body with dishwashing liquid

La pistola spray ha 3 regolazioni: la quantità d'aria, il volume dello spruzzo della vernice e il modello del getto.
Regolare la pistola spruzzando la vernice su un cartone.
Se necessario, aumentare la pressione sul compressore nel caso in cui il sigillante sia mia molto sottile.
Applicare da 2 a 3 strati di sigillante sulle zone carteggiate.
Mantenere una distanza dai 20 ai 30 cm tra la pistola e la zona da spruzzare.
Evitare di verniciare durante giorni ventosi, sotto il sole o con la pioggia.
Pulire la pistola con il solvente.

Lasciare il sigillante ad asciugare per 2 o 3 ore quindi carteggiate l'intera auto con un disco di carta vetrata abrasiva grana 350.
La carteggiatura levigherà il sigillante oltre alla vecchia vernice.
Risciacquare il veicolo e sgrassare la carrozzeria con sapone per piatti.

La vernice utilizzata è composta da due elementi (vernice + indurente)
