"Биткойн", названный так по имени пиринговой электронной платежной системы, не контролируется центральными банками и используется для интернет-транзакций.
Он был введен в обращение в 2009 году. Поначалу его курс был относительно невысок, но "биткойн" уверенно рос и уже к 2013 году стоил почти 20 долларов.
В начале ноября нынешнего года за один "биткойн" давали около 200 долларов.

Translation

Bitcoin, named for the peer-to-peer electronic payment system, is not controlled by central banks, and is used for internet transactions.
It was introduced into circulation in 2009. In the beginning its exchange rate was relatively low, but Bitcoin certainly grew, and by 2013 one was worth almost 20 dollars.
In the beginning of November of the current year, one Bitcoin was going for 200 dollars.
Bitcoin's exchange rate then sharply increased, after a committee of the US Senate recognized the use of virtual currencies as legal financial services.
Bitcoin enthusiasts call it the most effective means of international money exchange.

В 2010 году президент Украины Виктор Янукович, выступая в Страсбурге в Парламентской ассамблее Совета Европы (ПАСЕ), заявил, что "признавать Голодомор как факт геноцида относительно того или другого народа, мы считаем, будет неправильно, несправедливо". По его словам, это была общая трагедия государств, входивших в состав СССР.
Такого же мнения придерживается и российское правительство.
Голодомор признали геноцидом украинцев 23 государства: Австралия, Андорра, Аргентина, Бразилия, Грузия, Эквадор, Эстония, Испания, Италия, Канада, Колумбия, Латвия, Литва, Мексика, Парагвай, Перу, Польша, Словакия, США, Венгрия, Чехия, Чили, а также Ватикан как отдельное государство.

In 2010, Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovich, appearing in Strasbourg at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), stated that "to recognize the Holodomor as a fact of genocide relating to that or another people, we think would be incorrect, unfair." In his words, it was a general tragedy of the states within the USSR.
That same opinion is held by the Russian government.
The Holodomor has been recognized as a Ukrainian genocide by 23 states: Australia, Andorra, Argentina, Brazil, Georgia, Ecuador, Estonia, Spain, Italy, Canada, Colombia, Latvia, Lithuania, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, Poland, Slovakia, the United States, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Chile and also the Vatican as an independent state.
