I am a civil engineer who graduated from the University of Florida and has a Master’s degree in Business Administration, emphasizing management, and a second Master´s degree in Economic Development.

I am self-motivated and successful in meeting project schedules on time and within budget. I have worked my way through the ranks and have developed a very thorough hands-on knowledge of management in Europe and Bolivia. My strong points are my leadership qualities, teamwork, organization, and IT skills, problem-solving, and human relations. I have extensive project management experience; including managing various cross-functional teams of 8 to 20 members from different fields. Moreover, I successfully managed the design, development, and implementation of project management custom applications for Minera San Cristobal, Crediempleo, Servicio Nacional de Caminos, and Fondo Nacional de Desarrollo Regional.

These experiences coupled with my education have given me very strong skill sets that have enabled me to develop leadership guides that would increase group productivity. As a team colleague, I combine discipline with selflessness to help my peers manage multiple tasks.
