Base on what I've found and known, the clear folder is not a special edition item of ◯ but a limited item that is only offered by a shop called ◇. Unfortunately, the shop is not nearby and thus I could hardly get the item.

Please find attached the bill for a total of $11 including the payment for the item and postage.
