Original Text The Battle of Stalingrad was a major and decisive battle of World War II in which Nazi Germany and its allies fought the Soviet Union for control of the city of Stalingrad (now Volgograd) in the southwestern Soviet Union. Original Text staff: im sorry but they weren't that nice. and attentive to the guests, also they can't provide information because they speak so little english and i don't think they understand as well. which i think is important. They can't understand our inquiries but fortunate for us we had an english speaking tour guide. on our 2nd night, we noticed that we were missing water bottles, the one's that they charge. and that was the day we had our room cleaned. so we told the information about it but of course they couldn't understand us so we had to wait until the next day for our tour guide to do the explanation.	Translation Staf: saya minta maaf tapi para staf tidak begitu menyenangkan. dan kurang perhatian kepada para tamu, mereka juga tidak dapat memberikan informasi karena mereka berbicara begitu sedikit bahasa Inggris dan saya tidak berpikir mereka mengerti juga. Menurut saya ini penting. Mereka tidak dapat memahami pertanyaan kami namun beruntung bagi kami karena kami masih memiliki panduan berbahasa Inggris. pada malam ke2 kami, kami melihat bahwa kami kehilangan botol air, yang merupakan tanggung jawab mereka pada hari ruangan kami dibersihkan. jadi kami memberi informasi tentang hal itu, tapi tentu saja mereka tidak bisa memahami kami sehingga kami harus menunggu sampai hari berikutnya saat pemandu wisata kami bisa melakukan penjelasan.
