I was on the phone with the courier last week, and they told me that they were still catching up to christmas sale deliveries.
It's been 17 business days so far, it should arrive anytime soon. Maybe we could wait until the end of this week and see if it shows.
However, if you're getting tired of waiting, I can of course refund you the full amount and wait for the parcel to return to me.

もう１７営業日を経過していますね。そろそろ到着する頃だとは思うのですが。ですので、今週末位まで待ってみて、どうなるかを見てみるのはどうでしょう。
ですが、お客様の方でもうこれ以上は待てないというのであれば、返金に応じる用意があります。その場合は商品荷物が私に戻ることになります。
