下記の注文について、お聞きしたいことがあります。

注文が届いていないということで、アマゾンは返金をしましたね？

私は、顧客に税関で時間がかかることもあるため、商品到着まで遅れることもあると伝えました。


私は、商品の到着まで誠実に対応するつもりでしたが、なぜ勝手な判断で返金してしまうのですか？

商品は、既に顧客の国に到着していて、今、配達する段取りをしているところです。

今回のクレームを取り下げて頂けないでしょうか？

I have something to ask about below order.

Have you already refunded for Amazon because order has not been given yet?

I have already told customers that there will be some case to deliver product with delay,
because it may be probable to take long time in customs.

I would try to take honestly response for product delivery,
but why did you refund by your own decision?

Product has been already arrived at customer's country and now arranging for transportation.
Could you cancel this claim?
