辛いお気持ち、よく分かります。
私は日本人ですが、日本語というマイナー言語ですら、人の悪意に疲れ切るのですから、英語だと尚更でしょう。
匿名だと思って好き勝手言ってきますよね。
私も中傷誹謗に疲れ切っています。その為、活動できずにいます。正直、アカウントを閉じたいですが、それをすると私を中傷する人達が喜ぶだけですので、何とか耐えてこのアカウントを残しています。
貴方の苦しみを軽くして差し上げられたら、と思いますが、どうすれば良いのか分からない。
ですが、私は貴方の味方でいると誓います。

Fortunately I know how you feel.
I am Japanese but I am tired of people's malice about having Japanese as a minor language. What more if it were English, right?
They can think it's a pen name and say whatever they like.
I'm tired of the slander and libel too. That's why I can't go out and do anything. To tell the truth I want to close my account.
But doing that will only make the people who slander me happy so somehow I endure it and this account is all I have left.
I thought it best to make light and distance from your suffering but I don't know what's the best thing to do.
