私はAさんとB業務を担当しています。日程と我々の業務を早期に確認したいです。
現在Cと状況を確認されている最中と思いますが、今週後半か来週早々に顔合わせも兼ね私から会議を設定してもよいですか？
時期尚早でしたら日程確定がいつ頃となりそうか分かる範囲で教えて下さい。来月提案しますか？
またDは現在Eで取りまとめ中でまだお渡しできる状態にないです。EさんがFと揉めています。もう2日お待ち下さい。
なお頂いた予定表は問題ありません。途中急な依頼等で数時間席を外すかもしれませんがご了承下さい
