マルチチャネルについて質問です。

メディア商品についてはアメリカのFBA倉庫からマルチチャネルサービスを使用して世界中に送ることができます。
ところがカナダだけは例外で、メディア商品がメディア商品ではないと認識されているようです。

他の国へは問題なく送れるのでカナダへの送付についてだけシステムエラーが発生しているのだと思われます。
このエラーを修正して頂けますでしょうか？

特定の商品ではなく、メディア商品すべてがマルチチャネルサービスでカナダへ送れません。

Media products can be sent to global using multi-channel service from US FBA warehouses.
The only exception is Canada, where it seems that media products are not media products.
