プランBはプランAの代替のプラン（予算を削減するため）であり、プランAのコンテンツはプランBのコンテンツを包括しているので両方受けることの意味合いはあまりありません。

お手数をおかけしますが、プランAかプランBのいずれかをご検討のほどよろしくお願いいたします。

You cannot choose both plan A and B.

Plan B is a alternative plan for A(to lower the cost) and Plan A already includes what’s included in plan B so there’s no benefit for having both plan.

I’m afraid to ask you but please let us know which plan you would like to use.
