プランBはプランAの代替のプラン（予算を削減するため）であり、プランAのコンテンツはプランBのコンテンツを包括しているので両方受けることの意味合いはあまりありません。

お手数をおかけしますが、プランAかプランBのいずれかをご検討のほどよろしくお願いいたします。

You cannot select both of the Plan A and Plan B.

Plan B is an alternative to the Plan A and the contents of the Plan A is comprehensive version of the Plan B. Thus there is not much meaning of taking both plans.

Please let me know which one of those are suitable for you.
