Dear Sir, I have unfortunately requested a refund from Amazon for the item that I ordered. The package was held back by the danish customs as it was sent from Switzerland which is not a member of the EU. I would have to pay an excess of £33 to reclaim the item whch is more than half the original price of the item. I contacted them and said that I wasn’t interested in paying the excess. They have now sent the item back to the place of departure.
I was under the impression that Amazon.co.uk only sent items originating in the UK, otherwise I would never have purchased in the first place.
There is no return label with the package as I have never physically received it.

残念ですが、注文の品の返金手続きをアマゾンに申請いたしました。荷物はEU加盟国ではないスイスから発送された為、デンマークの税関にて保留されています。33パウンドの課税を支払わないといけないようで、商品価格の半分以上の金額に値します。税関に連絡し、課税を払う意思はないことを伝えましたので、商品は発送元へ返送されます。
私は、Amazon.co.jkはイギリス国内からのみの発送だと思っておりました。そうでなければ最初から購入しませんでした。
荷物を受け取っていない為、返送用のラベルもありません。
