Dear Sir, I have unfortunately requested a refund from Amazon for the item that I ordered. The package was held back by the danish customs as it was sent from Switzerland which is not a member of the EU. I would have to pay an excess of £33 to reclaim the item whch is more than half the original price of the item. I contacted them and said that I wasn’t interested in paying the excess. They have now sent the item back to the place of departure.
I was under the impression that Amazon.co.uk only sent items originating in the UK, otherwise I would never have purchased in the first place.
There is no return label with the package as I have never physically received it.

商品は、EU圏外のスイスから発送されたため、デンマークの税関に保留となりました。
商品を取り戻すには、元の商品価格の半分以上である￡33を支払わなくてはなりません。
私は税関へ連絡し、支払う意思の無いことを伝えました。
商品は、発送元へ返送されました。
私は、イギリスのアマゾンが、イギリスの物のみを発送するものと考えていました。
そうでないと知っていたら、そもそも購入はしませんでした。
商品を受け取ってはいないので、返送ラベルはありません。
