Where we submit and invoice for any Services, unless otherwise specified, such invoices are payable within
14 days of the date of our invoice. Our charges are subject to review after the Initial Term in accordance with
our Conditions. VAT Registration numbers will not be provided to you until we have received payment in full
from you. We reserve the right the make additional charges should you ask us to carry out additional work
over and above the Services outlined above. Consultancy work including tax authority negotiation will be
charged at between £150 and £300 per hour. Any additional VAT compliance work incurred including tax
authority payment negotiations, additional VAT return preparation,

どのようなサービスに対してであれ、我々が請求書を提出した場合、別段の定めがない場合、請求書は14日間の間のみ支払い可能となります。我々の請求は、当初設定した期間を過ぎた後、我々の定めた条件に応じて検閲を受けることが条件となっています 。　VATの登録番号は全額の支払いがあるまであなたに通知されません。もし上記に記載されたサービスを超える仕事を依頼される場合には、我々は追加料金を要求する権利を保持します。税務当局との交渉を含め、コンサルティングは一時間当たり150~300ポンドの料金がかかります。税務当局への支払い交渉や追加のVATの払い戻し準備を含めた、追加で発生するVATコンプライアンスワークは負担となります。
