最初に我々の今年度の体制を説明させて頂きます。我々の上位組織としてAがあり執行委員長、専従者がそれぞれおります。その下に執行委員が2名おります。
今年度は部署の委員長が入れ替わりBさん他4名で来年3月まで担当します。その下にチーム毎８名の委員がおります。尚私は所定の任期3年を過ぎているため年度途中で交代予定です。また休暇残業の状況を確認させて頂きました。もちろん協定違反はありませんでしたが90を超過している人が5名おり改善が必要と考えます。業務の偏り等を減らして頂きたいです。

First of all, we are going to explain our system. We have A as a top organization and there are an executive chairman and full time person, as well. Under that there are 2 people as executive committee.
In this year, the chairman of the department has been changed, and B as well as the other 4 people will be in charge until March in next year. We also have a team with 8 committee members underneath. Besides, I will be changed in the middle of this year because of my 3 year contract. Also I checked about the situation of vacations and overtime.It is not the violation of the agreement, but there are 5 people that are already over 90, therefore I think we need to change for improvement. I would you to think to reduce the deviation of the work.
