きちんと訳されていると思います。前後の文脈が分からないために曖昧にせざるを得ない部分もありますが。

ビジネス文書にしては、少し言葉の使い回しがくだけすぎている印象です。
なお、「sign up」は登録や契約を申し込もうとする動作に使い、「署名をする」動作そのものは直接的には表していません。「署名をする」の意味で「sign」を使う場合は「up」がつきません。
