先日は子供の急な中耳炎で大変ご迷惑をお掛けしてもうしわけありませんでした。明日には明後日には熱が下がるかと思い連絡が当日になり本当に申し訳ありません。
ここ数年、映画は子供達と行きます。子供のための映画が多く妖怪ウォッチ、ドラえもん、ポケモン、ディズニー映画などでした。先生のお子さんはどうですか？映画よりテレビの方が好きですか？

I am sorry that I caused trouble to you when my child had sudden inflamation of the middle ear the other day. I have been hoping his temperature would go down the next day or in two days time..and it got late to contact you. I am very sorry.
The past few years, I go to see a movie with my children. They were often movies for the children, like "Yokai Watch", "Doraemon", "Pocket Monster" and Disney movies. How about your children? Do they prefer TV to movies?
