しかしその前に肝心の商品がまだ関税で止まっているので受け取れません。
証明書はいつになりますか。
商品が手元に届かないので様々なことが滞っています。
御社へ返送の際、送料が日本からは高くつきます。
往復送料を負担してくださるという理解でいいですか。
着払いはFedexしか取り扱いがないので大変料金は高くつきます。
なので不良の商品代金返金でも構いません。
どちらにしても手数料や手間はかかります。
