7. TRADEMARKS

PRODUCER reserves the right to, at their sole discretion, periodically review and monitor CUSTOMER’s use of their marks for proper trademark usage, quality of goods, and other criteria as may be required by law to preserve PRODUCER’s rights, good will, and value in its trademarks.

8. TERM, TERRITORY AND TERMINATION

Unless earlier terminated as hereinafter provided, this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect for a period of one (1) year from April 1, 2008 through March 31, 2013, after which extension will be possible subject to negotiation.

７．商標

生産者は単独裁量権の下で、定期的に顧客の適切な商標使用、品質の良さ及び法によって生産者の権利を保護するのに要する他の基準、営業権や商標の価値等をレビューしまたモニターする権利を有する。

８．期間、テリトリー及び終了

後述されている通りの早期終了を除き、この合意は２００８年４月１日から２０１３年３月３１日まで年間を通じて効力を持ち有効であり、この後は協議により延長が可能である。
