大方日本語として読みやすく、自然な訳文になっています。ただ第１文の理解がやや問題です。「海の近くに住むことをお考えの方にとって」と訳されましたが、これではやや不十分です。原文には「海の近くに住むことがtop priority（最優先事項）であるならば」とあります。つまり単に海に住むことを考えているだけの人ではなく、どうしても海の近くに住みたいと思っている人たちのことが念頭に置かれています。
