概ね正確で読みやすい訳文です。一文目condo buildingを修飾するthat’s close to just about everythingが訳されていませんが、次の文に同じ内容があるので、意図的に省略されたのかもしれません。/amenitiesは「環境」より、設備、アメニティーと訳したほうがよいでしょう。
