However, please be sure to properly match the tone/formality of the source material.
The Japanese is written in a formal style. "You guys" is a very casual phrase and should be avoided in neutral communications such as this one. In this case, I would suggest simply using "you" as it can be both singular as well as plural.

Another strategy is to use the passive voice to make the tone more neutral and less direct.
Ex.) I was told that you would be checking into why there is only one tracking number for the order of ○○.

One last thing to be careful of is capitalization and punctuation. Be sure to use periods at the end of sentences instead of commas and only capitalize the first word of the sentence.
